GOLD Society

The GOLD Society recognizes annual, young alumni donors who provide philanthropic support at a leadership level to the College of Charleston.

An annual gift is your demonstration of pride and a vote of confidence in the College of Charleston. The GOLD Society offers giving levels that graduate over time as our donors advance towards joining the 1770 Society, the society recognizing annual donors who give $1,000 or more. GOLD Society donors are celebrated for their commitment to the College’s philanthropic priorities at the Annual Donor Societies recognition celebration and receive invitations to other private events hosted exclusively for this society.

Gift Recognition Levels

The GOLD Society now recognizes alumni donors who have graduated in the past fifteen years. The class breakdown is as follows:

Classes of 2018-2022 $100 annual donation $8.50/month for 12 months
Classes of 2013-2017 $250 annual donation $21/month for 12 months
Classes of 2008-2012 $500 annual donation $42/month for 12 months

A donor’s annual contribution can be divided into monthly installments.
